Freight and Handling

Orders placed before 5:00 pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the next business day.

Orders placed after 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), and on Public Holidays will be processed the next business day and shipped the business day after.

You will pay freight and handling charges on any goods you order from us as follows:

• All goods delivered within New Zealand incur a freight and handling charge as follows:
• North Island - $9 per order,
• North Island (Rural) - $12 per order,
• South Island - $10 per order,
• South Island (Rural) - $14 per order.
• All freight and handling charges for goods delivered outside New Zealand (North & South Island) will be advised upon receipt by us of your order. Your order will not be sent to you until freight costs are confirmed by you.
