What's in the Box and Why?
-
Spinning Drum - This activity helps your child to work out their hand and wrist muscles as She reaches and spins the drum. The drum has 5 colorful panes and one mirror pane, the bell inside makes a jingle sound, which encourages the Child to spin the drum over and over again.
- Ball Drop with Tray - (Object Permanence Box) - This is a classic Montessori activity that helps your child to work on hand and eye coordination as well as understanding the concept of object permanence. They will need to place the ball into the hole on top of the box and then watch it appear rolling out on the tray.
- Ring Stacker - This activity helps your Child to work on hand and eye coordination. When first introduced, your Child may practice taking the rings off the dowel, eventually, She will progress to placing them back onto the dowel. The rings have very wide holes making it easy for the small hands to grasp.
Our Play Boxes are tailor-made for your Child's growth, giving them just the right amount of challenge as they progress. While all children develop at their own pace, our recommended age is the minimum for introducing a Play Box to your Child. And don't be surprised if the toys stay on their shelf even after they've outgrown the recommended age group - that just means you've built a fantastic collection of top-notch toys that will teach, entertain, and motivate your child through play.
